Our reception is open from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30. To better organize your arraival, we ask you to communicate your arrival time in advance.
Check-in starts at 2:30 pm and check-out by 10 am (possibility of late check-out at a cost of € 50, to be requested at the property upon arrival).
If you plan to arrive before 2:30pm you can park your car with your luggage inside the park where it will be safe and wait by going to the beach or restaurant. As soon as the apartment is ready for your entry you will be notified and accompanied into the city by our staff.
An email with all the details will be sent to you immediately after your booking.
In the apartment you will find sheets, duvets, bath towels, tea towels for the kitchen and everything you need for daily cleaning (broom and dustpan, mop and bucket).
Final cleaning included in the price.
For stays of one week, bathroom cleaning and a change of towels is provided mid-stay.
Any extra cleaning or further changes of towels or sheets are available for a fee and can be requested from our staff.
To confirm the reservation we require a 30% refundable deposit if the cancellation is received 7 days before arrival.
During high season (mid-June / mid-September) and during some holidays (Christmas, Easter, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd) the balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
