Which payments are accepted?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks (only on Italian banks) and bank transfers

After receiving confirmation of the reservation, what are the codes to make payment by bank?

Monti e Mare Srl at IntesaSanPaolo ag. Albenga iban code EN 71 V 03069 49250 100000014150 - Bic B code CITITMM. We ask you to send a copy of the payment by fax to 0182-645601 or scan the document and send it by email.

Do all the apartments have a sea view?

Yes, all the apartments have a balcony or a terrace overlooking the sea.

Are they noisy?

All our apartments have soundproof doors and windows however the Liguria complex is located a short distance from the Via Aurelia and it is possible that, keeping the windows open, you can hear the noise of the traffic and the railway. We recommend closing windows and using air conditioning for more peace of mind.

Is your beach sandy?

No. It is a mixture of sand, stones and small stones (depending on the currents and the season). The area of umbrellas and sunbeds of Baba Beach (for a fee) is in any case of sand treated every evening by lifeguards.

Do you accept dogs?

Yes, as long as they are kept and on a leash when walking. We have created a fenced area to let 4-legged friends play and run. You cannot leave the dogs unattended in the apartments.

Can dogs access the beach?

Yes, in the Baba Beach private beach (for a fee) they have a reserved Pet Friendly area where they can be together with their family with umbrellas and sunbeds. Bathing is allowed

Are there any washing machines?

Yes, in the complex "Liguria" we have a laundry with washing machine and dryer for a fee. On request you can have an ironing board and an iron.

How are the sofa beds in the apartments?

They are double sofa beds and have been specially designed for our residence.

Is parking near?

Yes. Each apartment has a free reserved private parking space at 10 / 50mt from the residence.

How far is the beach?

At 100 meters from the apartments, through an underpass you arrive at our beach you can use the services of Baba Beach on payment, or for free you can get down with your umbrella and your deck chairs and use the free beach. Please note that the road is a uphill/downhill road

What is the distance from the city center?

We are located 5km from Alassio and 2km from Albenga. Under our residence every 30 minutes stops a bus that takes you into the city (you can buy the ticket in the office). You can also take a pleasant walk on the Roman Road, which takes you in 30 minutes to both Alassio and Albenga.

Check-in and Check-out:

On the day of arrival the apartments are delivered after 16:00. The day of departure must be vacated by 10:00.

Extra Services:

Inside the park you will find a bar, a restaurant (with the possibility of Take Away). A bar and restaurant on the beach.

Sports activities:

We have a tennis court, soccer field and a playground for children. A 10-minute drive from our complex, in Garlenda, you will find a riding school and a golf course (18 holes).

What is the penalty in case of cancellation?

The sum paid will be reimbursed if the cancellation is communicated 7 days before arrival.

What do we find for cooking?

Inside the apartments there are: 2 electric plates, a microwave oven, a fridge (no freezer), a moka coffee maker, everything necessary for the preparation of meals.

Do we have to bring sheets or towels?

No, everything is included except beach towels. For stays longer than a week we provide a linen change included in the price.

Do you have a reception?

Our reception is open from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30.

Is daily cleaning included in the price?

No, only final cleaning is included in the price

Do you have a swimming pool?

No.

Do you have air conditioning and heating?

Yes, and in addition we have paddle fans.

Do you do B & B or HB?

Yes, from June to September the Aqua restaurant offers the half board service you must book directly by sending an email to reservations@aqualassio.com

Should I rent a car?

We recommend yes even if there is a bus stop at 50 m and allows you to go to Alassio or Albenga. There is a Hertz agency in Alassio or at the airports of Nice or Genoa.
