Which payments are accepted?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks (only on Italian banks) and bank transfers

After receiving confirmation of the reservation, what are the codes to make payment by bank?

Do all apartments have a sea view?

Yes, all apartments have a small balcony or terrace with a sea view.

Are they noisy?

All our apartments have soundproof doors and windows, however the Liguria complex is located a short distance from Via Aurelia and it is possible that, keeping the windows open, you can hear the noise of traffic and the railway. We recommend closing the windows and using the air conditioning to have more peace and quiet.

Is your beach sandy?

Yes.

Do you accept dogs?

Yes, as long as they are supervised and on a leash when walking. We have created a fenced area for your 4-legged friends to play and run around. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the apartments.

Can dogs access the beach?

Yes, on the private beach Baba Beach (for a fee) they have a Pet Friendly area reserved for them where they can stay together with their family with umbrellas and sun loungers. Bathing is permitted

Are there washing machines?

Yes, we have a laundry open in the morning from 9 to 13 with free washing machines and dryers. An ironing board and an iron are available on request.

What are the sofa beds like in the apartments?

They are double sofa beds and were designed specifically for our residence.

Is parking nearby?

Yes. Each apartment has the right to a free private parking space 10/50 meters from the residence.

How far is the beach?

100 meters from the apartments, through an underpass you reach our beach, you can use the services of Baba Beach for a fee, or for free you can go down with your umbrella and your deckchairs and use the free beach.

How far is it from the city center?

We are located 5km from Alassio and 2km from Albenga. Under our complex every 30 minutes a bus stops that takes you to the city (you can buy the ticket in the office). You can also take a pleasant walk on the Strada Romana, which takes you in 30 minutes to both Alassio and Albenga.

Check-in and Check-out

On the day of arrival the apartments are delivered after 14:30. On the day of departure they must be vacated by 10:00.

Extra Services

Inside the park you will find a bar (open from 1 June to 15 September), a restaurant (with the possibility of Take Away) open on weekends from Easter to 1 June and every day from 1 June to 15 September. On the beach a bar and a restaurant (from 1 June to 15 September).

Sports activities

We have a tennis court, five-a-side football pitch and a children's playground. A 10-minute drive from our complex, in Garlenda, you can find a riding school and a golf course (18 holes).

What is the penalty in case of cancellation?

The amount paid will be fully refunded if the cancellation is communicated within our cancellation terms (visible at the time of booking).

What do we find for cooking?

Inside the apartments there are: 2 electric hobs, a microwave oven, a fridge (no freezer), a moka, everything necessary for preparing meals.

Do we need to bring sheets or towels?

No, everything is included except beach towels. For stays longer than a week we provide a change of linen included in the price.

Do you have a reception?

Yes and it is open from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30

Is daily cleaning included in the price?

No, only final cleaning is included in the price

Do you have a swimming pool?

No.

Do you have air conditioning and heating?

Yes, and in addition we have ceiling fans.

Do you do B&B or HB?

Yes, from June to September the Aqua restaurant also offers half board service you must book directly through the website aqualassio.com

Should I rent a car

We recommend yes even if there is a bus stop 50 m away and it allows you to go to Alassio or Albenga. There is a Hertz agency in Alassio or at the airports of Nice or Genoa.
