Casa Baba it is located within the resort and is an independent villa that can accommodate up to 5 people, has its own private parking, a large sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs and a fully fenced garden for the safety of your 4-legged friends.

Inside you will find an elegant living room with a peninsula sofa that converts into a comfortable single bed if necessary, two large rooms furnished with ultra-comfortable mattresses for your well-being, a designer bathroom with an XXL shower. We have also thought of a closet room to store your luggage and clothes.

The villa enjoys a fantastic sea view that you can admire while relaxing in the Jacuzzi on the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with 4 induction plates, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, pots, dishes, ladles to be able to prepare meals comfortably, otherwise you can go to our restaurant a few steps from the apartment or to the beach for a romantic atmosphere. Casa Baba awaits you!

Details on arrival

Our reception is open from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30. To better organize your arraival, we ask you to communicate your arrival time in advance.

Check-in starts at 2:30 pm and check-out by 10 am (possibility of late check-out at a cost of € 100, to be requested at the property upon arrival).

If you plan to arrive before 2:30 pm, you can park your car with your luggage inside the park where it will be safe and wait by going to the beach or restaurant. As soon as the apartment is ready for your entry you will be notified by our staff.

An email with all the details will be sent to you immediately after your booking.

Linen and Cleaning

In the apartment you will find sheets, duvets, bath towels, tea towels for the kitchen and everything you need for daily cleaning (broom and dustpan, mop and bucket).

Final cleaning included in the price.

For stays of one week, bathroom cleaning and a change of towels is provided mid-stay.

Any extra cleaning or further changes of towels or sheets are available for a fee and can be requested from our staff.

Bars and Restaurants

A few steps from the apartments you will find the Aqua Bar where you can have breakfast, an aperitif or a simple coffee break with a priceless view! Our Chiringuito Baba awaits you on the beach.

We have 2 restaurants with sea view: Aqua Restaurant (open in the evening) and Baba Beach Restaurant (open for lunch and for aperitifs / pizza until 9pm).

Our restaurant and bar services are available from Easter to the end of September.

Transportation

Our Resort is located 3 km from the center of Alassio and 1 km from the center of Albenga, on the Via Aurelia you can find the TPL buses that connect the entire Riviera.

The line that affects your travel is the number 40, on the website or in the office you will find all the updated timetables. In the office you will find tickets for sale for Alassio and Albenga at a cost of € 1.50.

In the summer there is the possibility of activating a Tourist Card that allows free travel on all buses throughout the coast and allows you to access different discounts.

Cancellation

To confirm the reservation we require a 30% refundable deposit if the cancellation is received 7 days before arrival.

During high season (mid-June / mid-September) and during some holidays (Christmas, Easter, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd) the balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.

    The Baba beach beach is located only 100 meters from BaBa Residences

    The beach is not included in the price. It offers both Dog friendly and Human Friendly stations. BaBa Beach offers our customers (for bookings of at least 5 days) a Discount Voucher that can be spent in restaurant and bar services.

    Reachable on foot via an underpass of steps in just 5 minutes, you will find a staff ready to welcome you. You can book your seats directly online!
