In this suite that can accommodate 2 people, you will find a latest generation XXL shower with relaxation jets and ultra-comfortable mattresses for your well-being. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning / heating and a ceiling fan, the windows and doors are soundproofed.

The kitchenette is equipped with 2 induction plates, microwave, fridge (no freezer), pots, dishes, ladles, a moka, a coffee machine with Lavazza Modo Mio capsules and a kettle to be able to comfortably prepare a meal in your room, otherwise you can go to our restaurant inside the structure or to the beach for a romantic atmosphere.

You will find a balcony with sea view where you can have lunch or dinner in total privacy. We would like to point out that the balcony could be slightly noisy, as the apartment overlooks the road along the coast. By closing the windows this problem disappears.

Details on arrival

Our reception is open from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30. To better organize your arraival, we ask you to communicate your arrival time in advance.

Check-in starts at 2:30 pm and check-out by 10 am (possibility of late check-out at a cost of € 100, to be requested at the property upon arrival).

If you plan to arrive before 2:30 pm, you can park your car with your luggage inside the park where it will be safe and wait by going to the beach or restaurant. As soon as the apartment is ready for your entry you will be notified by our staff.

An email with all the details will be sent to you immediately after your booking.

Linen and Cleaning

In the suite you will find sheets, duvets, towels and washcloths.

The suite will be cleaned in the morning with a change of towels.

Bar

A few steps from the apartments there is the Aqua Bar where you can have breakfast, an aperitif or a simple coffee break with a priceless view! Also open for lunch with sandwiches and salads.

Another bar will wait for you on the beach to start the day with a breakfast by the sea.

Our bar services are available from Easter to the end of September.

Transportation

Our Resort is located 3 km from the center of Alassio and 1 km from the center of Albenga, on the Via Aurelia you can find the TPL buses that connect the entire Riviera.

The line that affects your travel is the number 40, on the website or in the office you will find all the updated timetables. In the office you will find tickets for sale for Alassio and Albenga at a cost of € 1.50.

In the summer there is the possibility of activating a Tourist Card that allows free travel on all buses throughout the coast and allows you to access different discounts.

Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation free of charge within our cancellation terms visible at the time of booking (2 or 5 days before arrival depending on the period).
