One-bedroom apartment with balcony

This two-room apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, in the bedroom you will find ultra comfortable mattresses for your well-being, in the living room two elegant double sofa beds, a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with tub and shower. This apartment has two small balconies where you can enjoy relaxing moments while admiring the wonderful view of the sea and the Gallinara island.

The kitchenette is equipped with 2 induction plates, microwave, fridge (no freezer), pots, dishes, ladles, a moka pot and a kettle to be able to comfortably prepare a meal in your room, otherwise you can go to our restaurant inside of the hotel or on the beach for a romantic atmosphere.

The apartment has air conditioning / heating and a ceiling fan, the windows and doors are soundproofed. The balconies may be slightly noisy, as the apartment overlooks the road along the coast.

Details on arrival

Our reception is open from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30. To better organize your arraival, we ask you to communicate your arrival time in advance.

Check-in starts at 2:30 pm and check-out by 10 am (possibility of late check-out at a cost of € 50, to be requested at the property upon arrival).

If you plan to arrive before 2:30 pm, you can park your car with your luggage inside the park where it will be safe and wait by going to the beach or restaurant. As soon as the apartment is ready for your entry you will be notified by our staff.

An email with all the details will be sent to you immediately after your booking.

Linen and Cleaning

In the apartment you will find sheets, duvets, bath towels, tea towels for the kitchen and everything you need for daily cleaning (broom and dustpan, mop and bucket).

Final cleaning included in the price.

For stays of one week, bathroom cleaning and a change of towels is provided mid-stay.

Any extra cleaning or further changes of towels or sheets are available for a fee and can be requested from our staff.

Bars and Restaurants

A few steps from the apartments you will find the Aqua Bar where you can have breakfast, an aperitif or a simple coffee break with a priceless view! Our Chiringuito Baba awaits you on the beach.

We have 2 restaurants with sea view: Aqua Restaurant (open in the evening) and Baba Beach Restaurant (open for lunch and for aperitifs / pizza until 9pm).

Our restaurant and bar services are available from Easter to the end of September.

Transportation

Our Resort is located 3 km from the center of Alassio and 1 km from the center of Albenga, on the Via Aurelia you can find the TPL buses that connect the entire Riviera.

The line that affects your travel is the number 40, on the website or in the office you will find all the updated timetables. In the office you will find tickets for sale for Alassio and Albenga at a cost of € 1.50.

In the summer there is the possibility of activating a Tourist Card that allows free travel on all buses throughout the coast and allows you to access different discounts.

Cancellation

To confirm the reservation we require a 30% refundable deposit if the cancellation is received 7 days before arrival.

During high season (mid-June / mid-September) and during some holidays (Christmas, Easter, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd) the balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
